Shipping & Delivery:

  1. We deliver your orders made in Heroo Mall to most postal areas in West Malaysia via our appointed shipping company. Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays. Heroo Mall reserves the right to not deliver order(s) with incomplete shipping address.

  2. Orders will be consolidated and delivered together at a despatch time schedule by our shipping partner, it will take 7 – 14 working days (West Malaysia) and 14 – 21 working days (East Malaysia). In case of delivery to remote rural location, the delivery may take a longer duration. Please allow extra days for your order(s) to be processed especially during peak season such as Festive or Public Holidays.

  3. Our standard delivery charges to all location as below:

    • West Malaysia (if purchase below RM50) – RM8 Flat Rate
    • Free Delivery to West Malaysia – for orders RM50 and above
    • East Malaysia – Calculated during the payment stage

  4. We do not allow:
    • Delivery to P.O. Box address
    • Changes of orders such as cancelling order, add/remove product, change shipping address etc.
  5. If you have an incomplete delivery address/mobile number, please contact our Customer Service Team at Contact Us or email to [email protected] immediately with your details. We will try our best to assist you. Our working hours are 9AM – 6PM from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

  6. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation Slip via email and we will process to pack your order. You will be given a tracking code in the Delivery Note email when the parcel is ready to be shipped. You may go to Track Your Order to track your order.

  7. If the customer is not available to accept the delivery, a representative may accept on behalf of the customer. Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of orders.
